•  Supervision and shift handling
• Implement 5s and kaizen related activities
• Improve cycletimes for no. of job in production
• To follow the instructions given by respective HOD.
• Maintain mould history card & fixture
• Individual work on Mould/ fixture maintenance
• Good knowledge about the new fixture/mould PM.
• Hand on experience on tool room m/c.
• Review of tool/fixture preventive maintenance plan.
• Fixture and mould trouble shooting
• Planning of In house New Tool & Fixture Development Work.
• Fill up All tool room related documents
• Knowledge about the spare management
• Review & Reduce inventory Cost.
• Measuring Instruments Calibration Plan.
• MTTR & MTBF Record about breakdown loss.
• Proper accounting of tools/dies.
• Timely Issuance.

Education:

Qualification:

•  Diploma/Tool Room education 

Experience:

•  5 Years
