Job Position: Tender Executive

Department: Domestic Marketing

Location: HEAD OFFICE, MUMBAI

Description:

Tender Preparation & Evaluation:

  • 1.    Finding out the public tenders on various government site.
  • 2.    Filling up government & Private E-tenders.
  • 3.    Understanding the tender requirement & gathering quotations from various vendors.
  • 4.    Following up for requirements & handling negotiations with vendors.

 

Project Costing & Quotation:

  • 1.    Preparing detailed bill of material as per customer requirement by analysing load distribution charts, SLDs & technical specifications.
  • 2.    Making effective costing from view of getting good profitable orders. Making detailed quotations.

 

Commercial Negotiations & Order Finalization:

  • 1.    Negotiation with client at the time of finalization of order.
  • 2.    Conducting technical meetings with customers to know their actual requirements & guide them to take better decisions to incorporate the project successfully.
  • 3.    Enhancing customer satisfaction through proper training, documentation and support.

 

Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • 1.    Visiting new as well as old clients to reintroduce our products.
  • 2.    Gathering information of new product and prepare marketing material for the same and give exposure to clients.
  • 3.    Generating leads or following the leads to create new inquiries for future business.
  • 4.    Identifying & analysing hot leads, arranging marketing visits and converting it to firm enquirers.

Education:

 

·         Customer Relationship Management

·         Business Development

·         Vendor Registration Product Promotions

·         Tender Preparation & Evaluation

·         Handling the Negotiations with client

 

Qualification:

 

B.E/B.Tech (Any Stream)

Experience:

 

·          2 to 3 Years
